About My Work

I normally see clients in my own consulting room in the centre of Glasgow

(204 Bath Street) and am also able to offer online sessions for those clients who require it.

Sessions usually last about an hour.

All consultations are confidential and, as a member of BACP I am bound by its Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions and subject to its Complaints Procedure.

I work using a variety of therapeutic models and techniques specifically tailored to each individual client and in consultation with the client.  My original training is in Person Centred Counselling (PCT) and I have also done training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Systemic Family Therapy.
